Sarah Cosme-Torabi

Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, with extensive certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). She specializes in treating post-surgical conditions, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain, using innovative techniques like vacuum cupping and kinesiotaping.

Beyond her clinical work, Sarah is passionate about fitness and wellness, often incorporating holistic movement strategies into her treatment plans. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Fun fact: Sarah is a talented singer and has been part of the Zumba community for nearly two decades!

Emily Emch

Emily is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who was awarded the 2021 Clinical Scholar Award through Northern Arizona University. She is certified to treat vestibular conditions and concussion through the American Institute of Balance. Emily has additionally completed various course work on a number of functional movement systems. She enjoys treating individuals with connective tissue disorders such as EDS, dizziness and concussion, sports related injury, and general orthopedic conditions. 

Outside of the clinic, Emily loves to spend her time volunteering, weight lifting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ankita Ranga

Ankita is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with her specialization in Neurology and over a decade of experience across acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehabilitation.Her certifications include dry needling (IAMT), vestibular rehabilitation

(AIB), concussion management (AIB), selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) and pelvic floor level 1 (Herman and Wallace Institute). She enjoys treating a variety of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions and is constantly working on expanding her skills and expertise in the field.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her young kids.

Alyssa Moran

Alyssa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in Pelvic Health, with a passion for helping individuals improve their gynecological, urological, and gastrointestinal well-being. Alyssa is certified in Dynamic Integrative Needling and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her clinical experience includes the treatment of a wide range of female and male pelvic health conditions such as pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and postpartum recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Alyssa enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, playing volleyball, traveling and spending time outdoors.
